A Digital Showroom for a European Fashion Brand
A mid-market European fashion brand wanted to replace their twice-yearly physical showroom with a digital platform that let wholesale buyers browse collections, place orders, and track deliveries year-round.
The challenge
The brand relied on biannual showrooms in Paris and Milan for 70% of wholesale revenue. COVID accelerated the need to go digital, but off-the-shelf B2B platforms couldn't handle their custom fabric samples, size matrices, and tiered pricing. Their existing ERP had no APIs, and buyer relationships were managed in spreadsheets.
Our approach
craftable built a custom digital showroom integrated directly with the brand's ERP via a middleware layer our AI tools helped reverse-engineer from legacy database schemas. Buyers could browse 3D-rendered collections, configure orders with real-time stock and pricing, and receive automated delivery updates. The platform supported multiple currencies and languages across 12 European markets.
